The company was founded in 1993 by brothers Plamen and Atanas Bobokov. And, today, Prista Oil Holdig is one of the leading Bulgarian companies operating in more than 45 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. The holding team consists of 500 people: technical experts from the research and development department, laboratories, skilled workers, production engineers, leading customer service managers and customer service specialists.The holding owns 4 factories and 1 port terminal. Today in Bulgaria, more than half of the users of oils and lubricants in the industrial sector, including railway workers, miners, thermal power plants and even nuclear power plants, use Prista Oil products. The production capacity of the Prista Oil plant in the city of Ruse is 107,000 tons per year. Finished oils are not delayed here, but are immediately sent to customers and distributors. Prista Oil production facilities are built and developed in accordance with the most modern and innovative technologies. The wide range of products is the result of a combination of in-house research and excellent cooperation with world leaders in the petroleum and chemical industries such as Chevron, Gulf Oil Marine, Lubrizol and others.
